Ability to define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and manage risks effectively. Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams, motivating team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment. We will consider technical background and career aspirations during the evaluation process.You will be responsible for overseeing the development of a new system. Currently, we are in the process of integrating a new Java system with an existing PHP system.
