Job description Job Title: Rewards Relationship Manager Position Type: Permanent- Full-Time Location: Hybrid - BGC, Taguig Philippines Salary Range: PHP 150,000 to 200,000 monthly + benefits Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for managing and maintaining the relationship between the company’s rewards and local e-wallet to maximize the traffic to our company’s rewards program.2. Responsible for selling the company’s rewards program to new platforms which is not limited to e-wallet and Bank Apps (product includes mini program/h5 solution/widgets etc.）.3. Responsible for onboarding merchants into the company’s rewards program not limited to voucher selling, co-marketing, and offline events.4. Responsible for supporting the operation team to work with local e-wallet/bank app for daily operations in marketing, traffic expansion, and customer service, etc. Minimum Requirements: 1. Diploma in E-commerce or finance-related fields2. More than 5 years of experience in a business development position3. Strong local market connections are preferable.4. Possess general business software knowledge and the ability to learn new applications5. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Tagalog to communicate with native-speaking stakeholders.
