About the role T he ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our marketing operations to enhance efficiency and help scale our growth. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to manage our marketing systems and tools effectively. Responsibilities Manage and optimize the implementation of marketing automation systems including CRM and other marketing tools. Keep the CRM system updated; ensure proper segmentation, track engagement, and introduce marketing automation initiatives. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts. Develop and maintain a marketing database, ensuring high data quality and compliance with data protection regulations. Design and execute A/B testing procedures to drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. Assist in the management of digital assets, including websites and social media platforms. Provide support and training to marketing team members on new tools and technologies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years’ experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a similar role. Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools. Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Skills Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems. Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
