A Customer Service Representative aims to help the customers with complaints and questions. Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. Manages customer queries and complaints. Processes orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. The Customer Service Representative is expected to: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Communicate with customers through various channels. Acknowledges and resolves customer complaints. Knows the products inside and out so that he or she can answer questions. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
