We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to help our clients with their daily operations, business, and marketing tasks. Salary Range : PHP 60,000 - 90,000 per month Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results. Build basic salesforce / Hubspot reports & spreadsheets based on the provided context Update gravity forms & type forms as needed with the required routing logic Conduct website scrapes to gather relevant data points (cataloging specific articles on the website; finding contacts from customer websites) The Requirements MUST-HAVE: 3+ years experience in Hubspot marketing 2+ years experience in Salesforce (majority of workload) Experience with a PM tool, Notion or similar Great communication skills Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, and Google Sheets Basic Excel/Sheets experience Ability to work EST NICE TO HAVE: Experience with Notion, Gravity Forms, Typeform, Appcues WordPress experience GROW INTO: Create & update WordPress & HubSpot landing pages based on provided templates & copy We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
