Synct needs a Bookkeeper/Office Admin to handle financial records and administrative duties with precision. If you're great with numbers and organization, this role is perfect for you! You'll manage everything from bookkeeping to payments and purchases seamlessly. Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records of financial transactions using Xero. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy. Generate financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) as needed. Efficiently and accurately manage payroll processing. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Coordinate purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing inventory levels to meet demand. Take responsibility for material procurement, such as issuing purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors, and checking invoices received against purchase orders sent out. Implement efficient procurement processes and systems to streamline operations and improve productivity. Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence as needed. Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in end-to-end bookkeeping. preferably in a retail/wholesale environment.  Proficiency in using Xero software. Experience with Fergus is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.  Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
