RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you'll get to...establish and document business processesperform requirement elicitation through different channels of discoveryassist in requirement planning and managementperform requirement analysis and documentationidentify business process gaps and align solutions to project goalssupport the project team using business analysis toolsestablish communication services across stakeholdersparticipate in daily stand-ups and capture informationassist in grooming/sizing of storiesfacilitate testing/product performance recordingdetail product reviews and releasesobtain clear knowledge of business processes to effectively support the teamcomplete project deliverables with quality and in a timely mannerorganizes and manages project deliverables as may be required by the project teammaintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics, as applicableperform other adhoc tasks related to the role REQUIREMENTS: On day one, we'll expect you to ...have 3+ years experience in Business Analysis fieldhave 5 years minimum experience in the Information Technology industryhave a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or relevant field requiredhave the ability to analyze, map, and document business processesbe knowledgeable in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodshave experience in business analysis toolshave the ability to facilitate testing/product performance recordingbe able to create technical documentation for IT projects have excellent verbal and written communication skillshave mastery of Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Powerpointhave a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform dutiesbe willing to install and use a time keeping software while performing the work for the teambe willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computerhave a stable internet connection to perform the assigned work dutiesbe a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from therebe able to work for up to 20-40 hours per week between 8am to 5pm US Pacific business hours (12am-9am Philippine time) be willing to undergo a 90-days probationary period upon initial hireNOTE:This is a remote (work from home) job.Powered by JazzHR
