Job Title: Personal Assistant and AutoCAD Drafter Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant and AutoCAD Drafter to support the day-to-day operations of our large real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an efficient office structure, ensuring that all certificates and documents are accurately recorded and stored in an orderly manner. Work Schedule: 10 am to 6 pm UK time Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows to support the smooth operation of the real estate firm. Develop and implement systems for organizing and managing company records, including certificates, documents, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by accurately recording and maintaining all necessary certifications and licenses. Manage the company's filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents as needed. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for UK planning applications. Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed floor plans and technical drawings for UK planning applications and other purposes. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and timely responses as needed. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management. Continuously seek opportunities to improve office efficiency and effectiveness through process enhancements and technological solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry. Proven experience in Architectural drafting and creating floor plans. Skills in web development. Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish and maintain efficient office systems. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and document management. Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating floor plans and technical drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients at all levels. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
