Job Description: Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM systems or other databases. This includes entering new leads, contacts, and sales activities, as well as ensuring data integrity. Generating regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics and in-charge of automation reports for easier access when needed Present management reports to internal stakeholders during Weekly Sales meetings and Mancom meetings, as needed Documenting sales processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Assisting in the management and maintenance of sales tools and software, such as CRM systems, sales automation tools, and reporting platforms. Qualifications: Graduate of Management, Operations, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Economics preferred. Has 3-5 years of relevant experience and willing to be immersed in a start-up environment; with experience in business development, data analytics, corporate planning and sales planning or strategy Intermediate to Advanced knowledge and skills using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); GSuite familiarity (Gsheets, Gdocs, Gslides, Gdrive, Gmail) Experience with CRM tool is a plus Experience using any analytical platform is a plus (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, etc.) Additional notes: Hybrid setup. 3X WFO & 2X WFH.
