We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our Real Estate Homeselling Team. In this role you will be responsible for conception and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy designed to increase visibility, engagement, and leads. You will be expected to create and manage content across all social media channels, design and implement campaigns, and monitor and optimize performance. Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities: *SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.• Define the most important social media KPIs• Manage and oversee social media content• Measure the success of every social media campaign• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies• Use social media marketing tools• Excellent multi-tasking skills• Excellent knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Google+, and other social media *FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM/TIKTOK ADS*CONTENT CREATION: Generate content for our social media platforms. This may include sharing seller/buyer/agent value information contents. Crafting creating social media captions, and creating visual assets.*ANALYTICS & REPORTING: Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications:Qualifications and Skills: • Proficient in managing social media platforms and utilizing social media management tools such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Google• Skilled in graphic design• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Capable of adapting writing style for different platforms and target audiences• Strong analytical skills to track and analyze website and social media performance metrics• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time Compensation: 3 Per Hour About Company: Real Estate Homeselling Team is a fast-growing real estate team serving the greater Toronto area.
