GrowthAssistant is seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to supporting bookkeeping, billing, and various financial operations-related tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and have a background in financial operations or accounting.Salary: Up to Php 70,000 depending on experience The Benefits: Work From Home Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Insurance Card The Role: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and journal entries Assist in billing processes, including processing invoices, credits and refunds, and collections Collaborate with the finance team to organize financial records and documents Problem-solving for unique finance-related customer support issues Assist with ad-hoc financial and data entry tasks as needed The Requirements: 3+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or related roles Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Previous graveyard experience in the last year Experience with Slack and Gmail as communication tools is preferred Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Can work on the graveyard shift following any US time zone (EST/CST) Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with QuickBooks (or other accounting software) Basic knowledge of accounting principles Experience with Excel / Google Sheets Experience working with billing software (Chargebee, Stripe, Recurly, etc.) Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment Powered by JazzHR
