We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Lead Processor agent who has a talent for warming leads until they convert into a contract. Our ideal applicant is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of sales success. If you’re looking for a work-from-home job, start your application today! Note: Working schedule is 11-8pm EST during summer and 10-7pm EST during winter time. Compensation: 2 USD - 4 USD hourly Responsibilities:• Receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified leads• Qualify all leads, update CRM, and ensure a proper Follow-up sequence• Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads in CRM• Test and evaluate consumer responses to different negotiation tactics and scripts• Analyze properties, look at comparables, and determine cash offers• Actively seek referrals and introductions to networks of business owners• Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary• Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company• Work hand in hand with the Acquisition Managers to successfully close deals Qualifications: • One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $2 - $4 hourly About Company: EyE Homes is a Real Estate solutions company founded in 2013 and based in Columbus, Ohio.
