Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Application Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB, as well as developing and maintaining automated testing scripts. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications with a strong understanding of user experience, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Integrate user-facing elements with frontend templates. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases. Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements. Collaborate with the UI/UX team to create user-friendly web applications. Identify and resolve defects, performance, and scalability issues. Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for web applications. Identify and fix defects found in automated tests. Collaborate with the team to ensure that automated tests are aligned with application functionality. Stay up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. At least 3 years of experience in developing web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB. Strong understanding of web development principles, including server-side rendering, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming. Experienced with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of Git, Agile development methodologies, and DevOps. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Express.
