The Patient Correspondence Associate is an overall interdepartmental liaison to a tertiary hospital based in Thailand. This role will provide pre-arrangement services, appointments, and general hospital services to individual patients and relatives. This role will also cater to foreign clients seeking medical treatment overseas. Duties and Responsibilities: 路 Arrange appointments and general hospital services. This includes liaising with doctors, nurses, and related departments necessary for the client's treatment.路 Provide accurate information regarding hospital services via email路 Service delivery to include initial medical history taking and coordination of refer-in services to different departments路 Expected to participate in process improvement, problem analysis, and solution implementation.路 Participate in employee engagement activities Qualifications: 路 Bachelor's degree in nursing or Allied-health profession (Midwife, PT, Pharmacy, Psychology, etc.)路 At least 6 months of clinical experience路 Excellent English communication skills路 Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint路 Adept in working with dual screens and with general computer literacy路 Amenable to working in shifting schedule路 Amenable to reporting onsite (Makati) during training and transition period路 Preferably residing within Metro Manila or willing to travel to Makati SALARY RANGE: from PHP 20,000 to PHP 25,000All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Genfinity as an Equal Opportunity Employer, believes in each person鈥檚 potential, and we鈥檒l help you achieve yours.All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Powered by JazzHR
