The Account Setup (ASU) Representative will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of accounts in the available system platforms. Duties and Responsibilities Account setup and configuration in the available system platforms Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot and maintain accounts that have been migrated from legacy to the available system platforms Manage account set-up schedules for the available system platforms’ migration Manage JIRA Tickets for the Global Migration queue to update progress on the Account Setup activities Assist the onboarding team with their account setup requirements Job Qualifications Educational Background in Information Technology, Computer Studies or equivalent Attention to Detail Collaborative Time management skills Listening/problem-solving skills Ability to work with a team Proficient in MS Office HTML coding and other programming languages is a plus Willing to work on a day / mid-shift schedule Remote work arrangement Must be residing in the Philippines United States Equal Opportunity Employment:First Advantage is proud to be a global leader in removing barriers and supporting our community members to ensure the changing demographics of the workforce are reflected in our hiring and employment practices.
