ABOUT THE ROLE: The Project Manager is expected to assist with both client and internal projects as needed. This person will coordinate/participate in multiple projects in a well-organized, efficient and professional manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you'll get to...manage the people, tasks, and external resources for assigned projects within the defined tolerancesensure the project team is defined and staffed appropriately and that the appropriate internal and external services are obtained to meet the objectives of the project to deliver the specified functionality and requirements defined by the projectscomply with all System Development/Project Life Cycle, Change Management, Regulatory and Sarbanes-Oxley requirementsprovide oversight of the analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications and systemscommunicate with users, IT and senior level management concerning project progress, concerns, issues and manage stakeholders’ expectationsensuring all project requirements and/or objectives are properly defined and documentedestablish, build, and update project plans with actual and forecasts, manage deviations from the plan, and identify and manage project riskact as a primary liaison between the IT division and the various stakeholdersexpress information effectively through clear and convincing oral and written presentationsperform other duties as needed by the role REQUIREMENTS: On day one, we'll expect you to...have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience requiredhave a minimum of 5 years of Project Management experiencepossess solid knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and practicesbe experienced in project budgeting, design, scheduling and documentation.have good business analysis skillshave excellent written and verbal communication skillshave a strong management skills and ability to lead and motivate project teamsdemonstrate ability to build and manage good relationships with customers and all stakeholders across business units both internal and externalbe experienced in supervising a matrix team of associates, contractors and vendors with various skills and disciplineshave the ability to coordinate/participate on multiple projects in a well-organized, efficient and professional mannerhave the ability to be able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities, leverage time management and problem solving skills in order to perform assigned tasks, with reasonable levels of self-directionhave keen attention to detail and focus on task completionhave a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform dutiesbe willing to install next generation end point protection on the computerbe a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from therebe willing to work within US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PDT which corresponds to 11pm-8am PH time, if DST)What separates the best from the rest: Multiple industry exposure PMP certificationAgile experience and certificationSix Sigma certificationNOTE:This is a remote (work from home) job.Powered by JazzHR
