hello assist is looking for a Recruitment Specialist (REMOTE - WFH) to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles in various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you.As we are a small startup environment, this person will wear a lot of hats. They need to be open to learning new things like working within our CMS, and creating and documenting business policies and best practices to name a few. Applicants need to be self-starters and resourceful. PLEASE READ. This position is a vital component of the CORE team, emphasizing the importance of processes and development. Success in this role requires a high-stress tolerance and strong attention to detail. If you possess these qualities, we encourage you to apply. This role has high expectation and little guidance, you will be required to figure things out as you move throughout your day. Responsibilities include implementing general and technical onboarding procedures, optimizing recruitment processes, and managing offboarding tasks. Additionally, the role includes building and meeting performance indicators (KPIs) within the initial 30, 60, and 90 days, as well as participation in continuous projects, such as shaping our brand and brand image with key stakeholders. Must have experience or willing to work on a graveyard shiftSalary is 30,000-50,000 PHP per month, depending on experience. Video Screening - We require Video Screening in order to advance to the next stages. Responsibilities: Create and publish job ads in various portals Network with potential hires through social media or other Job portals Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees Screen resumes and job applications Conduct initial phone and hangout interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages Maintain payroll records Ensure timely updating of employee records, incorporating new hire information and changes in employment status Strategically plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions Administer health and life insurance program Efficiently manage workforce scheduling Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role Knowledge of recruiting marketing professionals (etc. PPC, paid social, SEO) or similar roles Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github, and Stack Overflow is a nice-to-have Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Strong interpersonal skills Handled high-volume recruitment for account managers, managerial, and executive-level roles Experience working with US-based/Canada-based or off-shore clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills English proficiency Experience working on a Graveyard Shift Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own The hello assist benefits program includes: Work from home PTO (vacation days) Paid holidays Health insurance Training opportunities for upskilling Mentor programs Milestone recognition and bonus Note: We have a 6 stage interview process, which requires a Video Screening and an Assessment.
