The Opportunity We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst whose core responsibilities include managing AR and AP and day-to-day bookkeeping. As a Finance Analyst, you will also be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in a variety of roles which would include audit and tax work. This role is a hybrid role and requires you to be in the office at least 2 days a week in our Makati Office. About You To be successful as a Finance Analyst, you should have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner. What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable process Answer vendor inquiries and send collection emails Prepare Bank Reconciliations Support month-end close process Prepare tax reports Assist with auditor and tax work Perform limited treasury functions Qualifications 2+ years of direct experience and total accounting experience of 4-6 years Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field CPA is required Experience with AR and AP process Highly proficiency in Excel Experience in NetSuite and Bill.com Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (4PM to 1AM Philippine Time) Must be willing to work onsite in our Makati Office at least 2 to 3 times per week -------------Derivative Path is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on any of the following: race, religious creed, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or gender characteristic, national origin, religion, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, military service or veteran status, pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions, or any other classification protected by federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
