Position Overview: As an Ad Moderator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of advertising creatives on our platform. You will be responsible for reviewing ads, identifying non-compliant content, unblocking compliant creatives, addressing issues with the creatives team, and taking appropriate actions against policy violators. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining advertising standards, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Review advertising creatives to ensure compliance with advertising guidelines and standards. Unblock creatives that meet compliance criteria. Identify and address bad ads with recurring patterns of non-compliance, such as misleading content or inappropriate images. Block advertisers that violate policies or engage in fraudulent activities. Prepare and send daily reports by the end of each day. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in ad moderation, content moderation, or a similar role preferred. Strong understanding of advertising guidelines and industry regulations. Ability to identify and address non-compliant content effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Google Ad Manager or similar advertising platforms is a plus.
