About This Role We are looking for a dynamic and high-achieving Sales Manager to lead and manage our expanding Professional Employee Organization (PEO) team in the Philippines. You will be responsible for leading a team to prospect, develop and close sales opportunities to grow our business in the Philippines. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets Responsible for the enablement and development of the sales team to effectively prospect, qualify and build sales pipeline Build and maintain strong relations with customers Partner on go-to-market and sales development strategies Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvements and implement corrective actions Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts and achievements to management Who We Are Looking For Full proficiency in both spoken and written English and Tagalog 3-5 years of proven track record of success in a sales management role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Experience working in a PEO, Recruitment or Payroll company Experience leading a sales team is a plus Strong Leadership Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets Customer Obsessed Aptitude to earn trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Communication Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Powered by JazzHR
