About This Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding Professional Employee Organization (PEO) team. You will drive the generation and qualification of leads to build sales pipeline for our Philippines market. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities Qualify leads through cold calling, email and social media outreach Actively engage prospective customers to uncover business needs and identify new opportunities Closely collaborate with Sales Manager to pursue opportunities Maintain and expand database of prospects of target customer profiles Craft and iterate on prospecting playbook and best practices Who We Are Looking For Full proficiency in both spoken and written English and Tagalog 1-2 years of proven track record in sales development or inside sales roles Experience working in a PEO, Recruitment or Payroll company Outcome Driven Able to own and achieve sales targets independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment Customer Obsessed Exhibits sensitivity towards customer challenges and relate product offerings to resolve pain points with meaningful solutions Excellent Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers Powered by JazzHR
