This includes capacity planning, workforce planning, program management, and analytical skills to ensure optimal staffing and scheduling to meet service-level goals. The Workforce Supervisor will collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless coordination of staffing arrangements and update stakeholders on progress toward achieving objectives.QualificationsAt least 3 years experience as Workforce Supervisor Expertise in Workforce Management, including capacity and workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting.Expertise in IEXExpertise in Excel, PBI and Reporting Experience with Program Management and analytical skills.Familiarity with call center technologies and related tools and research trends in call center managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with clients and project teams.Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, or any related fieldProven experience as a Workforce Supervisor, or similar Job Posted by ApplicantPro
