This is a remote work position. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful B2B email marketing campaigns that drive engagement. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Product & Marketing and be responsible for managing our email campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution to reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to increase engagement, retention, and revenue Create and manage email lists, segments, and automation workflows Write engaging and persuasive email subjects and copy that resonates with our target audience Design email templates that are responsive, visually appealing, and optimized for different email clients and devices Analyze and report on email campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, trends, and regulations, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, product) to align email marketing with overall marketing strategy and goals Monitor and optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates A/B test and experiment with different email tactics and strategies to optimize campaign performance Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B Proven experience in managing end-to-end email campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and reporting Excellent copywriting skills and ability to write compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions Experience with common email marketing platforms and basic HTML/CSS skills Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and ability to troubleshoot email issues (e.g., spam filters, bounces, etc.) Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Results-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bonus: Knowledge of Salesforce & Pardot If you are passionate about email marketing and have a track record of driving business results through email campaigns, we would love to hear from you.
