Primary Responsibilities of the Amazon E-Commerce Manager: Manage Amazon cases, account health, and performance notifications. Communicate with Amazon Seller Support via phone and email to find the best solutions. Manage the updates of Product Listings on Amazon/Salesforce/Shopify/ShipStation. Bullet Points Pricing Descriptions Images Warehouse Locations Collaborate cross-functionally to make new products live on Amazon and Shopify (SKU creation, description, size charts, images). Perform regular website audits & maintenance to make sure all information is up to date and the website functionality is working as expected. Oversee updates on product lists , spreadsheets, and collection sheets. Manage implementation of promotions and price changes. Requirements: Data Entry & Analysis Microsoft Excel Attention to detail Amazon Seller Central experience is required.
