Responsibilities: 1. Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance. 2. Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and tax planning. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly/quarterly financial statements, variance analysis, and KPIs. Provide insightful financial analysis and interpretation to senior -Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital effectively to support business operations. 3. Financial Reporting and Analysis: management and stakeholders. Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards financial goals. 4. Investor Relations: Serve as a key liaison with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Prepare investor presentations and reports to communicate financial performance and growth prospects. Support fundraising efforts and strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and due diligence support. 5. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop finance professionals, providing guidance and opportunities for skill enhancement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. - Proven experience (10+ years) in finance leadership roles, with significant exposure to financial management and strategy development. - Prior experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries is highly desirable. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving financial performance and achieving business objectives. Salary Range: 80,000.00 Working schedule: Monday to Friday Working time: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Employment type: Fulltime
