We are looking for an energetic and experienced E-Commerce Graphic Designer who will help our clients with their daily operations and business. The Benefits Work From Home Performance and Referral Bonuses Paid US Holidays and Time Offs Health benefits Core Tasks Collaborate with clients and the marketing team to understand their brand identity, target audience, and website goals. Design visually compelling and user-friendly website layouts that prioritize user experience (UX) and clean aesthetics. Craft engaging website mockups and prototypes using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Ensure website designs are responsive and display beautifully across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Develop a strong understanding of our client's brand guidelines and incorporate them seamlessly into the website design. Stay on top of current web design trends and translate them into impactful visuals for our clients' websites. Work closely with web developers to ensure a smooth handover of design assets. Additional tasks as assigned The Requirements 3+ years of design experience using Adobe Suite of design tools (primarily Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects. Proven experience in Figma Experience designing from established Brand Guidelines and Creative Briefs Experience with motion and animation (basic to intermediate proficiency ok) Solid understanding of visual design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.). An eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively translate client needs into design solutions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Has experience working in a Graveyard Shift Able to work in any US Timezones (PST/CST/EST) NICE-TO-HAVE: Experience with Figma is a nice-to-have SOFT SKILLS: Highly responsive Keen ability to context shift and move seamlessly b/w different projects Ability to manage timeline/priorities (especially when they change/shift) Proactive comms and ability to accept constructive feedback Highly organized, with the ability to manage files appropriately We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
