We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Graphic Designer to support our clients with their daily operations and business needs. You'll be collaborating with an exciting startup composed of enthusiastic and young professionals who are eager for growth and opportunities. Your role will involve working directly with clients who support various e-commerce brands. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a well-known brand and wants continuous learning and growth during their career. Salary Rate: PHP 50,000 - 75,000 per month. Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results. Edit video footage to create clear, engaging, and cohesive pieces that align with our brand and communication goals. Create high-quality static designs, including infographics, banners, and digital advertisements. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-impact visuals. Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, and proactively suggest improvements to increase the effectiveness of our visual communications. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and other team members, ensuring best practices in both video and graphic design are followed. Maintain archive of images, photos, and previous work products for potential future use. Additional tasks as assigned The Requirements 3+ years of design experience using Adobe Suite of design tools (primarily Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects. Experience designing from established Brand Guidelines and Creative Briefs Experience with motion and animation (basic to intermediate proficiency ok) Solid understanding of visual design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.). An eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively translate client needs into design solutions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Has experience working in a Graveyard Shift Able to work in any US Timezones (PST/CST/EST) NICE-TO-HAVE: Experience with Figma is a nice-to-have SOFT SKILLS: Highly responsive Keen ability to context shift and move seamlessly b/w different projects Ability to manage timeline/priorities (especially when they change/shift) Proactive comms and ability to accept constructive feedback Highly organized, with the ability to manage files appropriately We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
