Philippines Government Mandated Benefits 13th Month Bonus About the Role The Graphic Designer will work with the Creative Director, focusing on healthcare clients. They will design for both pharmaceutical and consumer brands, requiring creativity, an understanding of brand guidelines, and some knowledge of the science behind these brands. Key Responsibilities Execute digital and print design concepts across all mediums for our healthcare clients, determining the objectives and constraints of the design brief by consulting with clients and stakeholders. Preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations, and layouts to communicate design concepts to internal and external stakeholders. Research and analyze the functional communication requirements of the brief and formulate design responses and concepts. Negotiate design solutions with client and internal stakeholders always striving for an ‘Invent Better’ outcome. Take ownership of projects – assisting in directing and overseeing designers, freelancers, and creative partners to help deliver the best possible work. Detail and document the selected design for production. Consider the final delivery specifications of final delivery on print and digital projects. Design of updates to existing websites, including new pages, promotions, and updates to existing pages. Design of HTML emails and newsletters. Design and update of print work, such as brochures, booklets, and leaflets. Maintenance work, such as image resizing and manipulation. Working with building and amending interactive digital prototypes (Invision/Sketch) Will work with junior members of the team and help mentor, train, and assist them with professional and personal growth. Will foster efficient and effective creative processes and proactively look for ways to continually improve them. Position Prerequisites Have 6+ years’ experience within an agency environment. Experience with healthcare brands is beneficial. Hands-on design with sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Responsive Design experience. Illustrator experience is a bonus.
