We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team, specializing in Commercial Lines Insurance. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing certificates binders, updating insurance policies, and proficiency in utilizing insurance software such as Applied Epic. Additionally, familiarity with Acord 28 and Acord 25 forms is essential for success in this role. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our commercial clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage certificates binders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation for client policies. Update insurance policies and endorsements in Applied Epic, maintaining thorough and organized records. Process Acord 28 and Acord 25 forms accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with underwriters and agents to address client inquiries and provide timely support. Conduct thorough reviews of insurance policies to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process. Maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in insurance or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on commercial lines insurance. Proficiency in insurance industry software, including Applied Epic. Knowledgeable with Acord 28 and Acord 25 forms. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
