JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversee the overall sales objectives, goals and revenue of the sales team. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for ensuring that the companys sales objectives across all regions in the countryare met.2. Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterlyor annual basis.3. Responsible for leading the sales team. Suggest manpower requirements, conduct performancereview and propose reward activities for the sales team.3.1 Create and implement a comprehensive sales training program within a certain time frame thatwill keep the sales team at the forefront of the industry and help each salesperson to reach theirgoal.3.2 Lead (daily, weekly, monthly) sales meetings. Provide new and innovative training for the salesteam.4. Ensure sufficient supply and demand of goods. Set Competitive pricing and provide discountsas well as records data about sales trends in individual territories. Works with distributors anddealers to establish proper displays, product knowledge and create strategies for the business.5. Responsible for the marketing and advertising activities for CBY products. Create productivemarketing strategies to ensure consistent brand identity in all correspondence and campaignsand liaise with other executives to identify new markets.6. Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies7. Responsible for exceptional customer service and for the overall clients satisfaction.8. Create new programs to meet the needs of the companys channel partners and help reachexpected revenue. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of any Business Course At least 3 solid years in FMCG At least 5 years as a Manager SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT: On site (CBY Head Office) Schedule is Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. BENEFITS: Upon Regularization: Prorated 15-SL & 15-VL (convertible to cash)After ONE year as a Regular Employee: Quarterly Rice Ration (50 kilos) Monthly 1 Gallon Oil Ration P 25,000.00 hospitalization benefit Dental check-up P 14,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event the employee dies) P 6,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event an immediate family dies Paid training and seminars Yearly Performance Appraisal SALARY : 60,000 Plus Commission
