JOB DESCRIPTIONS : - Develop a cost and process-efficient manufacturing process of new or improved products by working closely with Product Development Specialist in creating the most appropriate processing design. - Ensures that all new and existing products are validated against food safety standards. - Continuous process improvement of existing products. - Validate the shelf life of products with new or improved manufacturing processes. - Validate that set standards are consistently met from Batch Run to Commercial Production. - Adhere to Food Safety and Quality Management Systema and Laboratory Management System policies and procedures. Mon to Fri - Weekends off SALARY : 18k to 20k
