DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Head of Solutions Services MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in solving business processes through automation and RPA technologies. Working closely with our solutions consultants and relevant stakeholders, you will analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, design and implement RPA solutions to drive process efficiency and productivity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver tangible value to our clients. TASKS: Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python, Selenium, VBA, API, databases, and JSON. Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and testing. Develop a clean, maintainable code that meets project requirements. Keep up to date with new technologies and best practices in software developments. QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong programming skills in Python, VBA, and other relevant languages. Experience with Selenium for web automation testing. Knowledge of working with APIs and databases. Familiarity with JSON and other data interchange formats. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
