As a Lead Generation Specialist at Remote VA PH, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and managing email marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.Responsibilities: Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities. Research and gather contact information for targeted leads. Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, or other channels to initiate conversations and qualify leads. Manage and update lead databases and CRM systems. Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with clients. Monitor email marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results. Provide administrative support as needed, including email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry tasks. Other duties as assigned to support our clients' needs. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation and email marketing roles. Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools is a must. Previous experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
