Our client is an exciting technology / SaaS startup looking for an experienced Sales Development Rep (SDR) to join their team as a remote contractor working 40 hours per week. This role will not need to work full U.S. hours, but will need to be flexible in making sure there is overlap with global colleagues in the U.S. and Europe. In addition, will need to flex their schedule based on the geography of their customer base, which may be the U.S. Role Objective To generate leads by leveraging email, phone calls and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings. Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow-up Identify best practices and enhance your prospecting strategy as you develop in the role Responsibilities Utilize CRM, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities Optimize outreach success based on testing and improvement Setup meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales team members Report to manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results Required Skills and Experience Strong English communication skills Prior experience as an SDR with track record of achieving or exceeding quota Prior SDR experience with a technology company Proficiency with various CRMs, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools Pay and Benefits Competitive pay (base + commission) Enterprise access account to Udemy.com for continued learning Powered by JazzHR
