We're seeking someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. You'll fit in with our dynamic team if that sounds like you! What You'll Do: HR Administration: Be the driving force behind our HR operations, assisting with various administrative tasks. Collaborate with suppliers and line managers to ensure smooth performance management processes. Handle office management errands and other ad hoc HR tasks as needed. Employee Engagement: Play a key role in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives. Manage preparations, logistics, communications, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers. Learning & Development: Support organizing training events, including organizing invites, communications, and coordination. HRIS & Data Management: Assist in maintaining and updating HR data files with accuracy and efficiency. Recruitment: Contribute to campus recruitment activities. Engage in sourcing, market mapping, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews for Associate level positions.
