Job Title: Sales Appointment Setter (Part-time) Client Industry: Revenue Generation Agency Location: Remote Schedule: Mondays : 10:00 - 14:00 & Tuesday through Friday 14:00 - 18:00 AEST Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Sales Appointment Setter who will be working with our client based in New South Wales, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling high-quality appointments with Australian clients. Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone innovative, empathic and community-oriented, adaptable and flexible, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and possess impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language . Responsibilities: Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments with Australian client prospects for technicians to visit homeowners and quote for solar panel installation and associated products. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by providing excellent communication and customer service. Qualify Leads: Ensure prospects are eligible based on established criteria and set up appointments accordingly. Data Management: Accurately update and maintain CRM databases with lead information, appointment details, and client interactions. Calendar Management: Maintain a well-organized schedule and calendar for the technicians. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects and clients. Qualifications Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Sales Techniques: Proficiency in cold calling and lead qualification. CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for data management. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage & prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office Suite and online collaboration tools. Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and technologies. Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
