Your role is to create visually stunning and realistic renderings of architectural designs and construction projects. By utilizing advanced rendering software such as 3Ds Max, the incumbent will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into compelling visual representations that accurately depict materials, lighting, textures, and spatial relationships. The ultimate goal is to enhance project communication, facilitate client understanding, and contribute to the overall success of our construction projects through the creation of high-quality renderings that exceed client expectations and showcase the innovative capabilities of the company. Key Responsibilities: 3D Modelling and Visualisation Create and adapt 3D models of products, apply finishes and textures to models Output renders of modelled buildings and products using rendering engine, including: Photorealistic renders Photo composite site renders Line and architectural sketch styles Explosions and cutaways Basic video animations of flythroughs and assembly Build and maintain 3D models, and product drawing files for website 2D Drafting Generate following 2D drawings from models: Dimensioned floor plans Architectural packages including plans, elevations, sections and schedules Simplified sales/basic install drawings Revit Modelling Adapt and export models to (or create from new if needed) RVT/RFA formats. Set up materials/textures, and add product information. BIM models to be used to send to clients. General Additional drafting/design tasks as directed Maintain updated drawings for all products including 3D drawings/models in various formats, renders, etc. Manage all drafting assets in an organized manner, named, in a logical folder structure, easily accessible and findable General assistance to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Design & Engineering Teams. Follow instructions from the Engineering specialists in a timely manner. Position Prerequisite: Proficiency in 3Ds Max, Revit, or equivalent rendering software. Experience working with Western types of environments is a must for the role. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods. Excellent attention to detail and ability to create realistic textures, lighting, and shadows. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual representations. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Prior experience in architectural visualization or related fields is preferred. What’s Next?
