About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Valuation Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in property valuation under the guidance of experienced professionals. The Property Valuation Intern will support various valuation projects and assist with research, analysis, and report preparation. Responsibilities Assist with property inspections and data collection, including documenting property characteristics, condition, and features. Conduct research on market trends, comparable properties, and economic factors impacting property values. Learn and apply valuation methodologies such as comparative market analysis, income approach, and cost approach under the supervision of senior staff. Support the preparation of valuation reports, including organizing data, performing calculations, and formatting documents. Collaborate with team members to analyze valuation results, identify key findings, and present insights to stakeholders. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance knowledge and skills in property valuation. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all internship activities. Essential Requirements Fresh graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate valuation, appraisal, or analysis. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market information. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with willingness to learn valuation software. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Enthusiasm for learning and professional development in the real estate industry.
