We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Training and Support Specialist.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:-User Experience and Troubleshooting: The ideal candidate should have prior user experience with Sage X3 and be open to further training on advanced troubleshooting techniques.-TrueCommerce Familiarity: A strong understanding of TrueCommerce is essential for this role, as the candidate will be required to work on troubleshooting and support related to TrueCommerce.-EDI Maps for Retail/Wholesale Industry: Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) maps specific to the retail and wholesale industry is crucial. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing these maps.-New Trading Partner Testing: Conducting testing for new trading partners to ensure seamless integration and functionality.-Sage X3 or ERP Experience: Familiarity with Sage X3 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.Skills and Qualifications:-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.-Strong analytical skills.-Working knowledge of SQL.XML knowledge.-Excellent communication skills.-Prior experience with Sage X3 is a plus.-Sage X3 or ERP Experience: Familiarity with Sage X3 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.Working Schedule-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.-Work from homesend your CV and portfolio to: XXXX@gmail.comPowered by JazzHR
