GrowthAssistant is looking for an ASC Media Buyer for our growth marketing team. This teammate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to reach and engage our target audience effectively. The Benefits Work From Home Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Insurance Card The Role Knowledgeable with Meta Advantage Shopping Campaigns Support planning and execution across user acquisition channels, including Facebook/IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. Possess a basic understanding of the nuances of each platform and how we can best optimize our media on each channel. Draw insights from data to guide your decisions on optimizations and spend allocation in paid media spend. Apply full-funnel thinking to synthesize consumer target’s mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to be strategically thoughtful in approach. Assist in organizing notes, action items, and assets in Google Drive, Excel, Slack, and Looker. Quality control to ensure standards are up to client expectations, naming conventions, ad copy, and deadlines. Ad loading - building out the ads properly, setting up the ads in the account, ad copy is aligned with the creative. Coordinate with the in-house design team for creatives. Reporting/Trend Analysis - The client to provide metrics and templates. Account cleanup - naming conventions are aligned on an agency-wide naming convention, going through all the accounts and ensuring everything's aligned and cleaned up. Ensuring that the naming convention for the template is set in the accounts and aligned so that we can report more accurately on that as an agency. Generate and track UTMs across campaigns. Continuously optimize ad performance based on real-time data, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements for maximum effectiveness. The Requirements Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (for reporting) FB/IG (Meta) and Tiktok ads experience E-commerce experience Has an understanding of the following: media metrics, formulas, and the ability to analyze data for insights basic marketing concepts, such as calculating ROAS by formula or defining click-through rate Proactive, whatever-it-takes attitude and possess a solid grasp of digital marketing, enabling them to navigate the social ads manager platform efficiently with a keen eye for detail and the ability to extract meaningful insights from account data. Proven experience in managing paid social campaigns. Proficiency in ads manager and social media platforms/advertising tools. Proficient in analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to derive insights from data. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
