We're in search of a Mid-Level Fullstack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients. In this position, you'll have the chance to expand your skills and expertise while collaborating with seasoned professionals. Your responsibilities will encompass: Responsibilities: Participate in the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications utilizing Python, Vue.js, React, or other pertinent technologies. Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to contribute to technical initiatives, such as defining technical roadmaps and implementation strategies. Learn and collaborate with senior engineers, leveraging their mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to advance your professional capabilities. Explore and familiarize yourself with diverse tools, frameworks, and technologies to optimize development processes and project efficiency. Contribute to maintaining adherence to best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies. Engage in performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of applications under the guidance of senior team members. Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations, sharing insights and knowledge with the team. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a specialization in either backend and frontend development, or other relevant technologies. Proficiency in Python for backend-focused roles or Vue.js/React for frontend-focused roles. Fundamental understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Eagerness to learn and develop, with a strong willingness to receive mentorship from senior engineers. Has experience in DevOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines. Has experience in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and their services for constructing scalable applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges with guidance. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a desire to thrive in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the AI or machine learning domain is a plus. Previous consulting or client-facing experience, delivering AI solutions across diverse industries, is advantageous.
