Job Title: E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop) Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Virtual Assistant specialized in managing Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok platforms. As an E-commerce Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing various tasks related to product management, customer service, advertising, and analytics on these platforms. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of each platform's policies and algorithms, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm EST (Monday - Friday) Responsibilities: Platform Management: Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Monitor and manage inventory levels across platforms to prevent stockouts or overselling. Stay updated on platform policies, algorithms, and best practices to maximize visibility and sales. Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery. Coordinate with fulfillment centers or warehouses to manage inventory and shipping logistics. Resolve any order-related issues such as shipping delays, returns, or cancellations. Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional customer support across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok platforms. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues to ensure positive experiences. Advertising and Promotions: Create and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok to increase product visibility and drive sales. Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and optimize targeting to maximize ROI. Coordinate promotions, discounts, and special offers to attract and retain customers. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and advertising performance to identify trends and opportunities. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Use insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning for e-commerce operations. Requirements: Proven experience as an E-commerce Virtual Assistant or similar role, with specific expertise in managing Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok platforms. In-depth knowledge of each platform's seller interfaces, policies, and algorithms. Proficiency with the Amazon Seller Central, TikTok, and Walmart Seller Central. Experience with Graphic Design is a plus. Proficiency in managing product listings, inventory, orders, and customer service interactions on multiple platforms simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with advertising tools and strategies on Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok. Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
