As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility will be overseeing order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience in customer service and administrative support roles, along with a solid understanding of fulfillment processes. Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot and Zoho will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate and efficient job data entry in the job management system. Schedule and manage jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Establish and coordinate the implementation of company administrative policies. Generate and raise invoices from the job management system. Prepare reports with statistical data, as assigned by the management. Provide administrative support to employees, addressing queries and concerns. Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as required by the team. Must-Haves: Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience. Proven track record in administrative support roles. Hands-on experience with order fulfillment processes. Proficiency in using CRM tools, especially HubSpot and Zoho. Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Nice-to-Haves: Background in marketing. Familiarity with social media platforms The Ideal Candidate has: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills. Previous experience with job management and/or scheduling software. Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work. Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Strong administration, organizational, and computer literacy skills.
