Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead or support initiatives to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve productivity across different business functions. Maintain the integrity of the company’s quality management systems and frameworks by ensuring adherence to process standards and enhancing product/service quality to drive customer satisfaction. Create go-to-market project charters for service expansion projects and support on end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the standard Etaily Managed Services onboarding process Assist in the development and maintenance of the Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, and related RACI models and the optimal application of project management tools for our main cross-department processes Support organizational preparedness by collectively tying components of people, process, and system to effectively contribute to a sustainable, business-as-usual setup. Maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track progress, highlight successes, and identify improvement areas. Job Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement Initiate business improvement and operational excellence across the organization, identifying, designing, and executing change initiatives that directly impact the business results. Support/facilitate the development of Lean Six Sigma skills and the desired Winning Culture. Compliance and Document Control Assist in the development and maintenance of the Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures and related RACI models and the optimal application of project management tools for our main cross-department processes Support in the Quality Assurance implementation across all the functions. Client Process and Operations Design Scope and initiate clients' unique or new business requirements by developing systems and/or processes to support the clients in successfully deploying and implementing these projects. Project Management Oversee that all projects (Go-Live and Special Projects) are completed within SLA, including accountability for our external service providers. Organizational Readiness, Reporting & Analysis Identify the business impact and/or outcomes brought about the project implementation Create tools and methodologies to ensure project owner/s is equipped with capabilities to govern self-initiated projects Your profile After earning your outstanding degree at a top university, you have gained work experience in a top-tier e-commerce player, consulting companies, and/or in start-ups. Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements. Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector in the region is impressive, as well as your high drive and ambition to perform. Independence, flexibility, and speed are as important to you as geographical mobility and international experience. Entrepreneurial drive, sales attitude, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment complete your profile. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management and collaboration, strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen. Not required but an advantage: Six Sigma Certifications, Lean Certifications, Leadership roles, Project Manager roles. Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Data Story-Telling, and Risk Management .
