Job Title: Salesforce Senior Admin/Developer Client Industry: Salesforce Implementation and Consulting Practice Location: Philippines (Remote) Schedule: 40 hours per week Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Salesforce Senior Admin/Developer who will be working with our client based in Australia. Our client is a Salesforce Implementation and Consulting Practice.Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently or in teams on a project, the ability to delegate tasks to admins/developers, and the ability to multi-task between multiple projects. Responsibilities Salesforce resource with Salesforce Advanced Admin/Developer experience with managerial experience leading a team of admin/developers in designing the solution to meet customer requirements. Ability to work remotely on Salesforce projects and may at times deal directly with clients to resolve issues. Will be expected to provide Salesforce design and possible architectural advice to meet specification requirements on a client project and be part of a team and lead other admins and developers by providing technical guidance and delegating tasks.· Design and Build Salesforce implementation based on collaborations with customers and the Cloudy Code internal team· Take part in customer requirements gathering, analyzing, and providing technical insights and discoveries in the Software Development Cycle· Manage the delivery of tasks and solutions delivery to end-users using Jira/Confluence.· Take part in user stories, testing, and deployment plans· Manage and support customer inquiries and troubleshoot ad-hoc problems· Work with other developers and technical consultants/admin to provide advice, guidance, and support where possible· Maintain certification and deliver on Partner Learning Camp certifications that are recognized under Cloudy Code partner status· Train and upskill yourself in new areas of interest that is relevant to current and upcoming projects Qualifications The candidate needs to include design, configuration, and testing activities and be able to use DevOps and management tools such as Jira, VS Code, Confluence, GearSet, Prodly, Data loader, and other mainstream applications. As a senior, you are expected to be able to build code-based solutions or delegate the developers to build Apex/Visualforce/LWC/Aura components and integration frameworks.The candidate will likely be expected to achieve and retain SFDC certifications and continue to learn new certifications.· At least 5-6 years of advanced Salesforce experience with proven projects· Proven experience in managing a team of developers/administrators· Custom code experience LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Apex and code skill valued· Architectural experience in design and modeling to meet customer requirements· Have a strong understanding of specialties such as Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget/Pardot) or Field Services (Please list out the different Salesforce CLOUD technologies you have hands on experience with)· Conga Composer and DocuSign Gen and e-signature implementation· Integration and custom code development is good to have· Good written and verbal communications skills· Ability to work independently or in teams on a project· Able to delegate task to admins/devs· Multi-task between multiple projects· Work in Australian Time Zone· Proven status of Salesforce certifications and PLC Certifications· SFDC Advanced certification (Developer, Sales Consultant, Service Consultant)· Salesforce certifications (list out)· Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) business acumen Why RecruitGo?
