Responsibilities: &* Overall responsibility of perfect implementation of all client payroll rules Stay updated on chang-ing DOLE rules and updating the software accordingly Excellent Comprehension and Communica-tion Skills &* Obtain client sign off on all payroll calculations and reports during implementation Motivate theteam to ensure client satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction&* Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation &* Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll cal-culation by the client Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client &* Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software Highlight any customization request bythe client Develop Excel back ups for calculationRequirements Must Have:&* 2 year experience in leading a team of payroll specialists calculating payroll for multiple clientsincluding Basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime, absences&* Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax) 13th Month andTax Annualization computation&* All reports and Forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies Journal and Ledger entries&* Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills Ability to multi task andprioritize&* Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills Knowledge of updated DOLE rules
