Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Non-Voice CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through non-verbal communication channels such as email, chat, and messaging platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through non-verbal communication channels including email, chat, and messaging platforms. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by utilizing resources and knowledge bases effectively. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the established timelines; follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to foster positive relationships and enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues or inquiries as needed and ensure timely resolution. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints; update customer information as required. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers and support continuous improvement initiatives. Adhere to established service levels, metrics, and quality standards to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals. Assist in other customer service-related tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor or management. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role. Excellent written communication skills with proficiency in typing and grammar. Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions. Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customer-focused attitude. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Skills: Experience in a non-voice customer service role is highly desirable. Knowledge of relevant software applications and tools such as help desk software, live chat platforms, and email management systems. Multilingual proficiency is an asset, especially in languages relevant to the customer base.
