Job Title: Copywriter/ Social Media Content Creator Client Industry: Media Production & Advertising for Real Estate Location: Work From Home Work Schedule: Mondays through Fridays 09:30 - 18:30 PHT (1 hour of lunch break 1:00 - 2:00 PHT) Position Overview RecruitGo is searching for a Copywriter/ Social Media Content Creator to work with our client. Our client is a visionary Real Estate brand poised at the intersection of real estate, media, and proptech, driving a new era of property marketing and sales. We stand distinctively apart from traditional real estate agencies by leveraging our robust media capabilities and widespread social media presence. Responsibilities ● Content Creation (Copy and Concepts)● Brand Messaging● Market Research● SEO Optimisation● Analytics and Reporting on performance and initiative● Editing and Proofreading Qualifications ● 1-2 years of experience in copywriting and marketing/advertising● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field● Proven experience as a copywriter or related role over 1-2 years● Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills● Strong research and analytical skills● Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously● Creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions● Knowledge of copy repurposing across social media platforms● Able to innovate via ideation and concept Design Briefs Preferred Qualifications ● Basic knowledge of social media management tools● Experience with CMS platforms● Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies● Understanding of legal considerations related to content creation Why RecruitGo?
