Position Overview As the Finance Supervisor, you'll lead and mentor the finance team to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. This entails overseeing and managing the organization's accounting and financial reporting functions such as cost accounting, payroll, compensation and benefits, and taxation. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Oversee the preparation of the group's financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations. Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes to guarantee accurate and timely financial reporting. Offer analysis and insights on financial performance and trends to senior management and stakeholders. Establish and implement internal controls and procedures to protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide supervision and mentorship to the finance team, offering guidance and support. Manage cost accounting, including standard cost development and variance analysis. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Administer the compensation and benefits program, including policy and procedure development. Manage tax compliance, ensuring accurate and punctual tax filings. Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders as needed. WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE? Bachelors degree In Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, payroll, compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including US GMP and/or IF RS. has exposure in Multinational Corporations (KPO, BPO Industries) Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skill. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet fight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with accounting software (such as Quickbooks, SAP, orOracle).
