Position Overview: As Marketing Associate you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing initiatives and enhancing our company’s brand to the market. You will coordinate all marketing campaigns and contribute to its overall success. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Content Marketing: Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and whitepapers. Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and consistent with the company's brand voice and messaging. Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and data analytics. Manage all Sales related presentations and content Digital Marketing: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, engaging with the audience, and maintaining a content calendar. Assist in optimizing website content, landing pages, and user experience. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts. Event Marketing: Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Handle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration. Work with the marketing project coordinator to ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and delivered on time. Work with the Sales team in finding and scheduling meeting with leads during the event. Branding and Design: Collaborate with the graphic design personnel to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other visual assets. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing collateral and channels. Assist in developing brand awareness campaigns to enhance the company's brand reputation. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials, such as product sheets and presentations. Assist in the development of sales campaigns and promotions to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Analyze market data and provide insights to guide marketing strategies and decision-making. Stay updated on industry news and emerging trends to recommend innovative marketing approaches. Conduct competitor analysis Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze marketing data, preparing regular reports on campaign performance and ROI. Utilize data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall efficiency. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis. Ad Hoc: Perform tasks as assigned by immediate manager / supervisor. WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE? Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management, or Business Administration 1-3 years experience in Marketing (Content Marketing, Content Writing, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing (SEO, Lead Generation) and/or B2B Marketing, Market Research) Strong written and verbal communication skills Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent follow-through Enjoy juggling multiple projects at once Apply critical thinking to everyday operational tasks Knowledge in Google Suite, MS Office, Gantt Charts, Reports, Canva, Adobe Photoshop Can understand complexity of the financial services industry Independent, self-starter, thrives under minimum supervision SHIFT SCHEDULE MIDSHIFT Powered by JazzHR
